The customer for this project is “UkrGaz” company, which have bought out the suspended Afghanistan warriors’ hospital in 2003 and decided to build a unique multistory housing estate on its place. Director of the company, Oksana Kondrashevskaya, has vast and successful experience in completing complicated construction projects.Experienced staff of “Giprograzhdanselstroy” institute (Director – Alexander Chizhevskiy) is another guarantee of high project quality; in severe reconstruction conditions the staff managed to develop and carry out all objects of multistory housing estate at the earliest possible date, including transport, infrastructure and territory engineering preparations.
“Omoks” developing company is the contractor for this project, its team has over 30 years of great experience in construction and design. The project is led by Alexey Kulagin.
